Weight Gain
It seems as though my new job is killing me.
I have been the same weight since I was 15.
All of a sudden, in the last 3 months, I have gained nearly 20 pounds.
This has required me to vamp up my exercise regimen.
Before I was 15, I used to work out or exercise in some form at least 5 times a week.
Of course, playing on weekends was also filled with plenty of fun activity.
From 16-24 I worked in a combination of environments that caused me to get plenty of activity.
Now, I sit at a computer all day.
I have started to get a little pudgy in the belly area...
so now...I have decided to bite the bullet and actually begin a daily exercise routine.
So far it is working out pretty well, but it leaves me pretty sore at work.
Hopefully, if I gain any more weight, it will be due to muscle growth.
Anyone want to engage in any energetic activities?
I really need to find a Raquetball court. I really miss that game. Too bad the Rec Center at South is closed. Still, though... I am open to pretty much anything.
Jogging, running, swimming, weight training, tennis, football, real football, ultimate Frisbee, Frisbee golf, biking, hiking, hitchhiking, rock climbing, paintball, aerobics, stair climbing,
....
pretty much anything.
Oh well, I should leave the computer now.
